This is a core part of our partnership and where we provide strategic value. After our initial Brand Consultation, we will develop and propose a list of potential design projects—from social media templates to new marketing collateral—all based on your specific business goals. This proactive approach ensures your queue is always filled with impactful projects that align with your brand’s strategy, so you never have to worry about running out of ideas or having downtime.
Our partnership provides you with an entire creative and strategic team—including a dedicated designer and CEO-level brand consultation—for less than the cost of a single senior-level designer. You gain a comprehensive suite of skills without the overhead of salaries, benefits, and recruitment. Plus, you can pause or cancel our service at any time, offering financial flexibility that a full-time hire does not.
Your subscription provides access to a personal creative queue. You can populate this queue with your design and branding briefs at any time. Your dedicated design partner will work on one active project at a time. As soon as a project is approved, work on your next priority begins immediately, ensuring a steady and continuous creative workflow.
This means your dedicated design partner is focused solely on one of your requests at any given moment. This approach ensures each project receives the full attention and precision it deserves. Once you approve the work, your partner will immediately begin on the very next project in your prioritized queue.
Our process is collaborative by design. Your feedback is a crucial part of creating the perfect outcome. We will meticulously refine the work based on your direction until it perfectly aligns with your vision and strategic goals.
If you don’t have enough design work to fill a month, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycle runs on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 15 days and then pause, you’ll have 16 days of service remaining to use at any time in the future.
