Services

Make It Urs provides brand, website, content, campaign, and creative execution services for businesses and multi-business portfolios. The scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and add-ons are outlined in your engagement plan and any additional written agreements.

Payment

Monthly engagements are billed according to the terms agreed before work begins. Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Unless otherwise agreed, an engagement may be paused or canceled before the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for your engagement. Make It Urs retains ownership of its underlying processes, templates, strategy frameworks, internal tools, and pre-existing materials. Make It Urs may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Make It Urs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
